The long-awaited Zend Framework 2 was released in beta at the 2011 Zend PHP Conference!

ZF 2.0 includes new components focusing on HTTP, dependency injection, event driven development, and cloud infrastructure. It also introduces a new MVC layer to provide greater flexibility in defining application workflows, as well as better application performance.

Currently in invitation-only technology preview, the Zend Developer Cloud provides a cloud-based PHP runtime for development that's ultra-simple to use and gives you powerful debugging and analysis tools.
