Zend Studio is a complete Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for developing, debugging, deploying and managing PHP applications.

Q: How can I evaluate Zend Studio?

To evaluate Zend Studio first download the evaluation package. After installation Zend Studio will work out of the box and will not request a license during the evaluation period. The software will automatically expire after 30 days. You will be sent an email reminder before your evaluation period expires notifying you about the impending expiration.

Yes, each Zend Studio 10 license comes with 1 year of support and upgrades. During that year, customers are entitled to all updates (major and minor releases) and can open web-based support tickets. Zend may release several minor and product updates a year with new features.

Support for Zend Studio is provided through web-based support tickets using My Zend Account and via the Zend Forums. If your business needs require a higher level of support with a guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA), the Zend Developer Solution may be the right option for you.

Zend Studio licenses are valid for a single user on a single machine. This means that if you have 2 developers using Zend Studio on the same machine, even if it may be at different times, you are required to have two licenses of Zend Studio. If you have one developer and that developer needs to use Zend Studio on two different machines, you also need two licenses of Zend Studio.
