After you have purchased your Zend online training course, please email the Training team itraining@zend.com to register for the class. Please include the first and last name of each participant and their email address.
Registrations are accepted on a space available basis and no later than 24 business hours prior to the start of the class. For example, if the class starts Monday at 8am registration must be requested no later than 8am the Friday before.
You will receive log-in information by email 1-2 days before the first class begins. If you do not receive your log-in information at least 12 hours before the first class is scheduled to start, please send an email to: itraining@zend.com.
Training emails are filtered by some email programs; you may need to check your junk mail folder for the email.
Cancellations and rescheduling notifications must be made in writing at least 10 (ten) working days prior to the start of the course. Please send end an email to: itraining@zend.com with the name and email of the person taking the course, along with the course name and course start date.
When requesting a new registration date, you must reschedule the course for a date no later than twelve (12) weeks from the original requested course start date. There are no refunds for training courses.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 10 (ten) working days before the event, or in the case of absence without prior notice, the course training fee will be forfeited without notice.
You do have the right to send another participant as a substitute, provided that any applicable prerequisites have been completed. This change in booking is free of charge. There are no refunds for partial use of services or partial attendance.
