The course demonstrates to experienced RPG programmers the value of PHP programming via providing an easy & robust method to move their applications online, to the Internet or company's Intranet.

This 8-hour course begins with some basics on both the PHP language & HTML, then shows you how to exploit key features within Zend Studio to improve your coding & debugging processes. It then discusses Zend Core & the full-featured PHP API Toolkit. Along the way, you'll learn how to access your existing files & objects, as well as how to harness the power of thousands of open source applications in providing custom solutions for your projects.
The course will feature numerous interactive examples, & optional homework assignments will offer hands-on practice with the principles you learn.


Please note, this is not a full PHP class. For further instruction on the PHP language, please consider PHP I:  Foundations.

Zend training courses offer a unique online training experience - in real time.
Zend’s online courses are delivered via the Zend Webex Training Center, using your internet connection and VOIP or our toll-free teleconference. You will be able to hear the instructor talk through your speakers, as well as be able to interact with him directly either through text, chat or voice. 
The Zend Training Center will allow you to code exercises live during the course (where applicable) with your instructor able to both see and coach your progress.

In order to provide a quality online training experience, please make sure that your system supports the below requirements:
