Zend Framework Support Subscription helps reduce business and technical risk, increases developer productivity and speeds time to deployment improving your overall success.
Zend Framework Support provides subscribers with a Web-based, one year support and two or three hours of "How do I" consultative support.
Zend Framework Support comes in two subscription options:
• Standard Support - Providing subscribers with 5 Web-based incidents and 2 hours of Consulting.
• Premium Support - Providing subscribers with 10 Web-based incidents and 3 Hours of Consulting.
Support is available for Zend Framework 1.5 and 1.0, subscribers are required to upgrade to the latest minor release that maintains backward compatibility and use PHP 5.2.3 or higher
