All Product Subscriptions include: A product license and Silver level support which includes bug fixes, Unlimited ticket-requests, product upgrades and maintenance releases.
Product Subscription Renewals
Renew your subscriptions annually to ensure timely delivery of product releases, maintenance releases and technical support. You will be notified by email one month before your subscription is about to expire, and will be directed to renew your subscription online. You can renew your subscription by login into your Zend Account.
