Rob Allen has been programming with PHP for over seven years and is a member of the Zend Framework community and is the lead author of Zend Framework in Action. He is a contributor to the Zend Framework, developing the Zend_Config component with the help of many ideas from the mailing list. Rob holds a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the UK and started out writing C++ Windows applications. He now concentrates solely on web-based applications in PHP. Rob is the Technical Director of Big Room Internet concentrating on the company's content management framework and future technologies. |

Nico Edtinger has chosen PHP as his tool of choice since 2000 and being a freelancer, he worked as a software architect and PHP guru for various companies. He started working on the mail reading classes for Zend Framework shortly after the project went public and been shifting between being an active contributer or lurker depending on the time needed for his other projects, like communication platforms, IPTV solutions, the latest trendy stuff on the web or whatever his customers long for. |

Darby Felton is currently a senior developer for Automotive Computer Services, where he engineers software solutions for the automotive dealer industry. He has worked with PHP since 2000 and as a PHP developer for Zend Technologies made core contributions to Zend Framework. Darby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia and is a Zend Certified Engineer (PHP 4 and 5). |

Andi Gutmans leads the PHP Collaboration Project and Zend product strategy, working together with both partners and the community, to build the market’s leading Web development platform. Andi has been a leading contributor to PHP since 1997. Recently, Andi spearheaded the object-oriented improvements for PHP 5. He is a member of the PHP Group, the Apache Software Foundation, and on the board of the Eclipse Foundation. Additionally, he brings a rich background in enterprise software development including real-time avionics simulation software and n-tier J2EE applications. Andi holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. |

Andries Seutens is a PHP Software Engineer at Sanmax Consultancy (Belgium), where he works on generic products that can be purchased, or for individual clients providing bespoke solutions. His duties include writing specifications, designing, building, testing, implementing and supporting applications using PHP and various other computer languages. He has been a contributor to Zend Framework since 2005. |

Wil Sinclair works as a developer and development manager at Zend Technologies leading the Zend Framework team. He has lead teams at companies such as Oracle and Amazon working on problems in the ecommerce and business intelligence domains. While Wil is relatively new to PHP, he is no stranger to the open source movement. An early adopter and contributor to open-source Java technologies such as Hibernate and the Spring Framework, Wil has also brought some insight and many battle scars with him in to the PHP world. He spends what spare time he is left with creating computer music and contributing to open-source sound production software. Wil earned his BA in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. |

Matthew Weier O'Phinney is an author, a speaker, and Software Architect with Zend Framework. He has been contributing to the project in one form or another since before the initial preview release, and most notably with the MVC, Forms, Dojo, and various Server components. Matthew speaks regularly on Zend Framework and PHP development practices at conferences and user groups, and writes regularly for his blog and the Zend Developer Zone. |

Thomas Weidner is core developer of Zend Framework. He specifically created the complete I18N core and several other usefull classes like Zend_File_Transfer. He is working as application developer and product marketing manager at Voxtronic Technology a company specialized to do speech and data recording in high security environments. Thomas has worked with PHP since 2000 and a Zend Framework contributor since 2006. He has a deep knowledge of I18N, L10N, the Windows architecture and Web technologies. |

Jon Whitcraft has been working with PHP for more than 8 years, but he began working with HTML in late 1995. He is currently the lead programmer for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indy Racing League where he writes and maintains the code for over 20 websites, he is also active contributer to the Zend Framework Community providing help to the other community members and also submitting patches and bug fixes. |

Alexander Veremyev has been doing IT work since 1989 at the Computer center of Sechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences. Graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Techincal University in 1998 with a Magister degree. Alex has over ten years of technical expirence working with XML from the very begining. He has been a lead contributor at Zend Technologies since 2005. |
