License Installation -------------------- After acquiring the license please save it to the /usr/local/Zend/Platform folder, then restart the Web Server. ================= 8. Known Issues ================= - When using the JobQueues PHP 5.2.x with FastCGI, it will not be possible to use DB2 and i5 Toolkit extensions. - Trying to run compression test on Platform GUI itself will fail. - If Web Services functionality is not working, verify that you have SOAP extension loaded and that in your zend.ini the directive that enables the Web Services in the platform is enabled (zend_central.web_service.enable=1). After that, restart your Web Server. If you're using Zend Core 2, you can simply enable the SOAP extension by going to Zend Core 2 GUI, then choose Configuration -> Extensions, select ‘soap – SOAP’ extension and enable SOAP extension. - On V5R4, stopping or restarting the Java Bridge daemon would be relatively slow (would take about 2 minutes). - Clicking 'Show Source Code' in the Event Details dialog might fail in case the server response is relatively slow. - When going to Event Triggers page, the page might not be loaded properly due to slow response time of the server. - In some cases after installing, you might get a page saying "Zend Optimizer not installed". This is due to a corrupted PHP.INI file. The workaround is: Replace the PHP.INI with PHP.INI.TWIN file and stop/start the Zend Subsystem. The PHP configuration file PHP.INI and its back up file PHP.INI.TWIN are located in the same directory /usr/local/zend/core/etc. - In some cases after installing, you might get a message stating that the license could not be found. The workaround is: Replace the PHP.INI with PHP.INI.TWIN file and stop/start the Zend Subsystem. The PHP configuration file PHP.INI and its back up file PHP.INI.TWIN are located in the same directory /usr/local/zend/core/etc. ============= 9.
