This course is designed for active web application developers with a good working knowledge of PHP 5 and the basic tenets of Object-Oriented design. Familiarity with Zend Framework, while not required, is beneficial in absorbing the material.

Please note that this course is not designed to teach PHP or web application development. Rather, it focuses on how to exploit the features of Zend Studio for Eclipse IDE to let you excel with your development projects.
This course simulates many of the major processes and challenges faced when developing an application, and demonstrates – through hands-on exercises and a course project – how Zend Studio for Eclipse provides all the functionality needed to increase the robustness of your applications while decreasing production cycle time.

The online Zend Training Center allows you to code exercises live during the course with your instructor able to both see and coach your progress. The Studio for Eclipse course is conducted over 3 weeks including the Platform add-on.

Zend’s online courses are delivered via the Zend Webex Training Center, using your internet connection and VOIP or our toll-free teleconference. You will be able to hear the instructor talk through your speakers, as well as be able to interact with him directly either through text, chat or voice.
