Additionally, we are providing the first long term support (LTS) editions of PHP for Windows.Continue reading below for the full details on this release.ZendPHP for WindowsWith this release, the Zend team has been working to ensure it supports your ecosystem.BinariesAll binaries are 64-bit builds, created using Visual Studio 2017.We provide thread-safe binaries that can be used with Apache, as well as non-thread-safe versions for use with FastCGI (e.g., with Windows Internet Information Service (IIS) or nginx).Extensions and IntegrationsWe provide more than 70 extensions. The bulk of these come either built-in and configuredby default, or shipped with the standard distribution. This includes Windows-specific extensions such as com_dotnet, wddx, and win32service.You should be able to integrate your PHP applications with any API, database, or caching service you normally do with community-sourced binaries.For a full list, please see our extension matrix.In regards to web servers, you get to choose the web server that suits your organizational needs.LTSThis marks the first LTS distribution of PHP for Windows. Our LTS promise is to backport security patches from community versions (currently PHP 7.4, 8.0, and 8.1) to our LTS versions.
