Q: I have just purchased an online training course. How do I register for a session?

After you have purchased your Zend online training course, you will be sent details instructions on how to register for your preferred training date on line at the Zend Webex Training Center. Each particpant registering for a class will be required to enter their name, email address, phone number and Zend Invoice number from your email confirmation. 

Registrations are accepted on a space available basis.  Please note that it can take up to 24 business hours to complete a class registration.


Q: The course begins in a few days, and I still do not have my log-in information. What do I do?

You will receive log-in information by email 1-2 days before the first class begins. If you do not receive your log-in information at least  24 business hours before the first class is scheduled to start, please send an email to: itraining@zend.com.

Training emails are filtered by some email programs; you may need to check your junk mail folder for the email from Messenger@Webex.com.


Q: Can I purchase an online training course with a purchase order?

Zend generally does not accept purchase orders for online training courses, as we require payment before a course begins. To discuss your purchasing options, please contact Zend Sales


Q: How long do I have to take a training course?

You have 1 year from the date of purchase to take your training course(s). 


Q: How do I reschedule my training course registration?

Cancellations and rescheduling notifications must be made in writing at least 10 (ten) working days prior to the start of the course. Please send an email to: itraining@zend.com with the name and email of the person taking the course, along with the course name and course start date.

When requesting a new registration date, you must reschedule the course for a date no later than twelve (12) weeks from the original requested course start date. There are no refunds for training courses.


Q: What happens if I miss my training date, do I have any options?

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 10 (ten) working days before the event, or in the case of absence without prior notice, the course training fee will be forfeited without notice.

You do have the right to send another participant as a substitute, provided that any applicable prerequisites have been completed. This change in booking is free of charge. There are no refunds for partial use of services or partial attendance. Please email: itraining@zend.com with the name and email of the person taking the course, along with the course name and course start date.

Q: How does the Online training work?

All of our online courses are live instructor-led online courses. You will have the ability to interact directly with the trainer. We utilize the Zend Webex training center for all of our online courses. Once registered for a class you will receive detailed instructions on how to access you class and a short video on the use of the Zend Webex Training Center. 


Q: What if I miss a class, what are my options to make it up?

All on-line courses are recorded and available for the students to view on-line in case they are unable to attend the session live or need to review the materials before the next session.  These recordings are available online to the registered student for 30 days after the class concludes. The recordings can not be downloaded.
