Training Registration & Policies

Online/Classroom Training

After you have purchased your Zend online training course, you will receive an email from Messenger@webex.com detailing the registration process. If you purchased the class, but did not receive the email please email us at: itraining@zend.com
Registrations are accepted on a space available basis and no later than 24 business hours prior to the start of the class.
For example, if the class starts Monday at 8 a.m. registration must be requested no later than 8 a.m. the Friday before in order to attend the first class live.
Detailed login information and class instructions are sent 1-2 days prior to the start of the first session.
Zend will give a one week written notice via email to registered students, of any schedule changes.

Cancellations and rescheduling notifications must be made in writing at least 10 (ten) working days prior to the start of the course. There are no refunds for training course(s) however, rescheduling and transfers are allowed.
When requesting a new registration date, the customer must reschedule the course for a date no later than twelve (12) weeks from the original requested course start date.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 10 (ten) working days before the event, or in the case of absence without prior notice, the course training fee will be forfeited without notice.
The customer has the right to send another participant as a substitute, provided that any applicable prerequisites have been completed. This change in booking is free of charge. There are no refunds for partial use of services or partial attendance.

Zend’s online courses are delivered via the Zend Webex Training Center, using your internet connection and VOIP.

Speakers and microphone or a headset (if you want to be able to talk with the instructor via voice).
For some courses, we have created a Virtual Machine using VMWare to provide you with a full, hands-on experience. The instructions for the VMWare information will be sent a few days prior to the start of the course and will require that you have it ready for the first day of the class.
