Changes

• The "Create Queue" form now let's you choose the default job type (Web or CLI) for new jobs in the queue. Additionally, for Web jobs, it allows you now to set the default HTTP method, content type, and whether or not to validate TLS certificates.
• The queue "Details" tab is now editable. You can change a queue's settings and default job options, or delete the queue, directly from that tab.
